Payment and Cancellation POLICY

We require a deposit of 50% of the total booking amount, which is due at the time of booking (payment details will be emailed by the host at the time of booking). The balance of the total booking amount is due upon check-in and is not refundable thereafter. 

If you have to cancel your booking, the following rules apply:

– If you cancel up to 14 days before check-in, you will be refunded the full amount of the deposit paid.

– If the cancellation is made less than 14 days before the arrival date, we keep the paid deposit as cancellation fee.

– If you have to cancel during your stay, there will be no refund of the booking amount.

 – In case of a No Show, the Total cost of your stay will be charged.
